The existence of Sudrshan Degree College can be traced back to the year 2014, When Dr. R N Yadav realized the need for an education institute that would impart nationalist education to the youth of India. Initially, the college was started in small building in Purana Bar Road, Bansi in Dist- Lalitpur and was affiliation with Bundelkhand University Jhansi.

It offers a wide range of courses covering almost entire spectrum of the education. The courses are related to different disciplines. The programs that are offered by the institute are listed below:-

Being a constituent of Bundelkhand University, the institute offers 3 years full time courses of Bachelor of Arts and Commerce & 2 years full time courses of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) & Diploma in Elementary Education

Every year the college accepts about 450 students annually to its graduate program B.A & B.Com (Hon.), 100 in B.Ed & 50 in D.El .Ed.

UPRTOU ( U.P.Rajarshi Tandon Open University, Prayagraj ) also impart Master level programs in Arts, Education, Commerce & YOGA
